Welcome Party

Come dance with us and The Cutmen, a local Bend jazz band that knows how to get a party started! We will have El Sancho tacos, margaritas & Modelos — come kick off the weekend with us and meet others who have arrived. During this event we will say a welcome and have a couple toasts from close friends. Come have some fun but save some energy for Saturday!

Trail Run and Hike!

Athletic attire -- whatever you need to run or hike!
Meet us in front of the house (where the welcome party was!) for a mellow run or a hike along the river. This is an out and back so you can find your pace and distance as you join us in the gorgeous valley.
Wedding Ceremony

Cocktail attire — suits, jackets, dresses, let's look good! The groom will not be wearing a tie and you don't have to either. Earthy and fall colors if you have them. Make sure to be ready for it to cool down at night! The venue has uneven and unpaved surfaces so consider that when selecting shoes.
Please park in front of the main house and follow signs down to the meadow. You can leave extra bags, clothing, etc. in the main house during the ceremony. We will return to the upper portion of the site for cocktail hour and the reception! The walk will take 5-10 minutes from the parking lot to the ceremony site so please allow for time in arriving to the site.
Reception

Cocktail attire — same as the ceremony, now with more cocktails
After the ceremony, head up to the lawn behind the main house for a signature cocktail and some time to mingle with the rest of the party. Listen for an announcement to head into the tent about 5:40 to find your seat. The reception will be under a tent on the upper lawn. Join us in celebration! Family style dinner will be provided with vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please let us know if you have other restrictions we can accommodate. Note that because the venue is surrounded by National Forest they closely observe a 10pm cutoff for amplified sound. If you've still got the juice to party after the reception we will work our way into the main house for an after party.

Farewell Coffee

Coffee and pastries on the back porch and on the lawn. Drop by for a sweet or savory pastry from Sisters Bakery (the best in town!), and give a hug before we all head out!
