The ceremony will start at 4:00pm EST! We ask that everyone arrives 15- 30 minutes early. The good news is if you're driving then there is a parking lot directly in front of the venue!
The bride and groom will exit the reception around 10:00pm for a final goodbye!
We love your little ones — but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll take the night off to relax, let loose, and enjoy a fun evening with us! Thank you for understanding and making arrangements in advance.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest by name or says “and Guest,” then a plus one has been extended. Otherwise, we hope you’ll join us solo and know we can’t wait to see you!
Pictures of outfit inspo posted above! Our venue is neutral and contemporary, but we’re still dressing things up — and we’d love for you to do the same! Think clean, elegant, but comfortable. The overall aesthetic is “ monochromatic ivory with lace accents", and we are lovingly encouraging a palette of whites, ivories, creams, nudes, taupe's, light browns, soft neutrals, or even black if that’s more your vibe. Yes, you can wear whites to the wedding - it will totally go with the theme! Don’t stress, we aren't making a mandatory dress code — we just like the look of a more ivory to neutral tone to go well in the pictures, but we want you to feel comfortable. April weather in Florida can be unpredictable — it’s usually warm, but evenings might cool off. The ceremony will be outdoors under a covered space, with cocktail hour (weather permitting) outside, and the reception indoors. Pro tip: The ceremony space includes turf, so be mindful of narrow heels that may sink. That said, we want you to feel great — wear what’s most comfortable for you!

If you’re anything like us, food is a top priority — and we’ve planned a night full of it! Between passed appetizers, food stations serving up a buffet of fun and delicious options, sweet treats and snacks...you can expect to be well fed from start to finish. Save room! And yes — there will be an open bar beginning after the ceremony, with last call will be around 9:30 PM EST. Drinks are on us tonight! If you have any specific dietary needs or restrictions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Michelle directly at 614-507-4879. While we feel the menu has something for everyone, we want to make sure you're safely and happily fed!
We are the "pick a seat, not a side" couple that wants everyone to mingle and view this special gathering from any angle, or with any person you choose. *All reserved seating will be noted otherwise near the front rows. We are excited for our photography team! We kindly ask for an "unplugged" ceremony! We also ask that you refrain from posting photos on social media until Eric and Michelle have a chance to sort through and post their photos - during and after the wedding

This is just a solid option for Guests who want to take the guessing out of where to stay. You are welcome to stay at any hotel near downtown Orlando or closer to the venue. Most visiting, mingling and get togethers aside from the wedding will be centrally located around downtown Orlando. We recommend booking early to secure the best rates and availability.
