Where is the ceremony and reception being held?

The Black Barn - Orlando, FL We are excited to announce that the entire wedding event will take place in one location!

What time does the ceremony start? When should I arrive? Is there parking?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm EST! We ask that everyone arrives 15- 30 minutes early. The good news is if you're driving then there is a parking lot directly in front of the venue!

When does the reception end?

Answer

The bride and groom will exit the reception around 10:00pm for a final goodbye!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones — but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you’ll take the night off to relax, let loose, and enjoy a fun evening with us! Thank you for understanding and making arrangements in advance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest by name or says “and Guest,” then a plus one has been extended. Otherwise, we hope you’ll join us solo and know we can’t wait to see you!

Is there a dress code? Color-focused dress code? What should I expect for weather?

Answer

Pictures of outfit inspo posted above! Our venue is neutral and contemporary, but we’re still dressing things up — and we’d love for you to do the same! Think clean, elegant, but comfortable. The overall aesthetic is “ monochromatic ivory with lace accents", and we are lovingly encouraging a palette of whites, ivories, creams, nudes, taupe's, light browns, soft neutrals, or even black if that’s more your vibe. Yes, you can wear whites to the wedding - it will totally go with the theme! Don’t stress, we aren't making a mandatory dress code — we just like the look of a more ivory to neutral tone to go well in the pictures, but we want you to feel comfortable. April weather in Florida can be unpredictable — it’s usually warm, but evenings might cool off. The ceremony will be outdoors under a covered space, with cocktail hour (weather permitting) outside, and the reception indoors. Pro tip: The ceremony space includes turf, so be mindful of narrow heels that may sink. That said, we want you to feel great — wear what’s most comfortable for you!

I can't wait!!! - Where can I RSVP?

We are so excited to see you and invite you to countdown with us! Hopefully we've made the RSVP process super easy for you to notify us! Simply scan the QR code after receiving your formal invitation and accept or decline. Or click the tab on our website (you're already here!) and click the "RSVP" tab where you can also accept or decline - when it’s ready to go. We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible!

When do you need the final rsvp?

More to come after we send the invitations! We hope you’ll be able to join us for this special celebration! Your RSVP helps us plan ahead for food, seating, and all the little details to make sure everyone feels taken care of. If you already know you won’t be able to attend, we’d be so grateful if you could let us know early — it really helps us as we finalize our plans. But please know, you'll be missed and we look forward to celebrating with you at a different time. Thank you for being part of this exciting time in our lives — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Foodies like us? We got you!

If you’re anything like us, food is a top priority — and we’ve planned a night full of it! Between passed appetizers, food stations serving up a buffet of fun and delicious options, sweet treats and snacks...you can expect to be well fed from start to finish. Save room! And yes — there will be an open bar beginning after the ceremony, with last call will be around 9:30 PM EST. Drinks are on us tonight! If you have any specific dietary needs or restrictions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Michelle directly at 614-507-4879. While we feel the menu has something for everyone, we want to make sure you're safely and happily fed!

Where do I sit for the ceremony? Can I take photos throughout the wedding?

Answer

We are the "pick a seat, not a side" couple that wants everyone to mingle and view this special gathering from any angle, or with any person you choose. *All reserved seating will be noted otherwise near the front rows. We are excited for our photography team! We kindly ask for an "unplugged" ceremony! We also ask that you refrain from posting photos on social media until Eric and Michelle have a chance to sort through and post their photos - during and after the wedding

Will you have a wedding registry or gift options?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for — truly! We feel so lucky to be surrounded by such love and support. If you’d like to honor us with a gift, we’re kindly requesting monetary contributions as we start this next chapter together. This will help us build our future and invest in some exciting plans ahead such as investing in our current home, starting a family or even a honeymoon! You're welcome to visit the "Registry" tab on the website.

Will there be additional events throughout the weekend to plan for?

SUNDAY BRUNCH: MASTER'S WATCH PARTY Join Us Sunday, April 12th, 2026 between 12:00pm and 3:00pm at The Porch - Winter Park for a patio brunch get together. We would love to hangout with you all before heading out of town!

Do you have suggestions for hotel accommodations?

Answer

We do have a hotel block: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Orlando Downtown 60 South Ivanhoe Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32804 866-247-3571 It's best to call 1-866-247-3571 and confirm that you're booking for the Smith/Cerutti Wedding Party. Special rates and booking deadline is until 3/10/2026. Let us know if you have any issues or if you book this one! ~$169/night + fees for parking and additional guests. This is just a solid option for Guests who want to take the guessing out of where to stay. You are welcome to stay at any hotel near downtown Orlando or closer to the venue. Most visiting, mingling and get togethers aside from the wedding will be centrally located around downtown Orlando. We recommend booking early to secure the best rates and availability.
