Guest Shuttle to Ceremony - Location 2

Complimentary parking is available, even if you are not a guest at the hotel. Shuttle will leave promptly at 12:45pm ET for wedding ceremony. Deadline for shuttle availability is September 19th, 2019. Please ensure you are reserve for either/both Ceremony and Departure shuttle(s).

Semi-Formal: Suits and ties, evening gowns, and cocktail dresses.

Please arrive so that you can be seated by no later than 1:40 pm ET

Wedding Reception - Oak Hunt Meadows

Semi-Formal: Suits and ties, evening gowns, and cocktail dresses.

Transportation will be provided from the ceremony to Bluemont. If you choose to drive to the Reception, signage will be provided to get you there. Please Note: The reception is located at the Bride's Parent's home and will be outside under a tent; however, it is recommended to bring an extra pair of shoes to walk on the grass. Reception Schedule: 5pm - 6pm - Cocktail Hour 6pm -7pm - Dinner starts and wedding festivities

Early Departure Shuttle - 10 PM

10:00 pm

Please RSVP ASAP so we can make the appropriate accommodations, if you intend to take the early guest shuttle from the Reception back to your hotel. The shuttle will be dropping guests off at both Location 1 and Location 2. Deadline for shuttle availability is September 19th, 2019. Please ensure you are reserve for either/both Ceremony and Departure shuttle(s).

Late Departure Shuttle - 11:30 PM

11:30 pm

Please RSVP ASAP so we can make the appropriate accommodations, if you intend to take the early guest shuttle from the Reception back to your hotel. The shuttle will be dropping guests off at both Location 1 and Location 2. Deadline for shuttle availability is September 19th, 2019.
