Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Sarah Minock and Eric Pabón Crespo
Welcome to Richmond! We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you in the city where the bride grew up. Richmond is a wonderful river city full of charm, history, and energy. From great restaurants and craft breweries to cultural gems and outdoor adventures along the James River, there’s always something to explore. Here are a few of our favorite things to do when we’re in town visiting—we hope you enjoy discovering them as much as we do!

Virginia Museum of Fine Arts

200 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23220

A world-class museum with free admission, VMFA houses everything from Fabergé eggs to modern art. It’s a great spot to wander through galleries, relax in the sculpture garden, or grab coffee on the lawn.

Maymont

1700 Hampton Street, Richmond, VA 23220

A beautiful 100-acre estate with gardens, a historic mansion, and even a small farm and wildlife exhibits. It’s perfect for a peaceful walk to soak up Richmond’s natural charm.

Richmond Canal Walk

139 Virginia Street, Richmond, VA 23219

A scenic path with murals, history, and river views—also the starting point for the popular Canal River Cruises.

Carytown

Richmond, VA 23221

A lively stretch of boutiques, vintage shops, and cafés in Richmond's museum district. Perfect for an afternoon of shopping!

Scott's Addition Breweries

1509B Belleville Street, Richmond, VA 23230

Richmond’s craft beer hub, with dozens of breweries, cideries, and distilleries all within a few walkable blocks. A few favorites include The Veil Brewing Co. (known for hazy IPAs), Ardent Craft Ales (great outdoor beer garden), and Hardywood Park Craft Brewery (a Richmond original with seasonal specials).
