How will COVID impact the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding is on the smaller side with only 65 guests attending. As of May 2021 approximately 85% of our invited guests are already vaccinated (yahoo!). The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will take place in Saltwater's very spacious tasting room (a space which easily holds events for 250+ people). As of March 19th CT is allowing 100 people to gather indoors for events and as of May 19th there are no longer indoor restrictions for events. We are watching recommendations closely and following guidelines.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please! But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Let us know if you need help with a local babysitter as we've got some on standby!

How early can I arrive on Sunday?

Answer

Parking lot opens at 3:30pm but people will no be let back to sit down until 3:45pm for a prompt 4pm start!

What happens at 10pm...does the good time really have to end?

Answer

The city of Stonington has a noise ordinance that does say the party at Saltwater must end by 10pm but the fun will continue at a local bar...stay tuned for more info!
