I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, where I learned the value of hard work and surviving long winters. I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology before realizing I really loved seeing bones… on X-ray. I went on to become a radiographer and now work in a career I genuinely love. I work as a sports imaging specialist, taking X-rays for elite athletes including the Calgary Flames during live games, which is just as chaotic as it sounds. I also work in mammography and bone density, so my day-to-day life includes everything from professional hockey players to very calm conversations about calcium intake. I met Eoin five years ago, and it didn’t take long for me to realize he was something special. He moved from Ireland to Canada when he was 14, and five years ago he completely won my heart. He makes me laugh, keeps me grounded, and somehow puts up with my romance-novel expectations of love. In my free time, I love reading romance books, watching movies, travelling, or doing my favourite activity of all, lounging and eating. I can’t wait to celebrate with you all this summer.

I moved to Canada from Ireland 11 years ago with my family — a decision that ultimately led me to the love of my life. I’m currently pursuing an apprenticeship in refrigeration, as well as sheet metal, which means I spend a lot of time learning how things work, fixing them, and proudly calling it “hands-on problem solving.” When I’m not working, I love getting out and exploring new places, whether that’s discovering somewhere new or just going on an adventure for the sake of it. I also enjoy playing video games with my friends, and more recently, I’ve surprised even myself by picking up reading — turns out it’s not just Chantal who loves a good book. I met Chantal five years ago, and from the very beginning, I knew she was something special. We clicked instantly, got along effortlessly, and it quickly felt like we’d known each other forever. Her stunning beauty first caught my attention, but it was her warmth, intelligence, and sense of humour that truly won me over. Falling in love with her was easy, and asking her to spend forever with me was even easier. I can’t wait to marry my best friend and celebrate with all of you.
