We’re Getting Married!

What started out as a simple request for IT support... "Hello IT? My keyboard isn't working correctly... Can you please send help ASAP???" "How did you submit this email request if your keyboard isn't working?" "Um... Help?" ...Turned into a lifelong adventure! Enoch & Christina met on her first day at Atom Tickets, a movie ticketing start-up the pair worked at between 2015 and 2019. Christina was on the marketing team and Enoch sat all the way across the office on the IT team, so naturally Christina had to create IT chaos to spend more time with Enoch. Luckily, tech support is one of Enoch's love languages! After forming a strong friendship, we finally decided to act on the spark we both felt for each other & never looked back!

Enoch took Christina on vacation to Hawaii for one of their first dates, stealing her heart forever. Hawaii has always been special to Christina because her family visited every year while she was growing up, so when Enoch handed her a plane ticket she absolutely melted! The couple stayed in a tiny cottage tucked back in Honua'ula Forest, the perfect setting to start our love story. Christina was the first to say "I love you", but as soon as the words left her lips Enoch laughed and said "Darling, I've loved you since the moment I met you." At that moment, we were sure that we were meant to be! After returning from Hawaii, Christina & Enoch quickly became inseparable. They lived just a couple blocks apart & immediately started taking care of each other. Christina cooked dinner for Enoch most nights, not realizing how meaningful this simple act was to Enoch until later in the relationship. When Christina broke her wrist in 2018, Enoch visited her every morning to help her brush her hair & put it in a ponytail. Enoch's three puppies brought joy & snuggles into Christina's life and she quickly fell in love with them too! Our family was forming!

Enoch's proposal to Christina in December 2019 was an absolutely magical moment. Day-after-day on vacation in Maui (where else?), Christina daydreamed about whether he would pop the question she was dying to say yes to. She certainly didn't expect to be woken abruptly at 4:00 AM by Enoch saying that we're going on an adventure and we have to leave right now! Enoch fired up the rental Jeep and off we went, screeching down the Road to Hana with hearts in our eyes. At every scenic point Christina wondered if this is where he'd stop, but he kept driving until he made it all the way to Hana. We finally stopped at the most beautiful place in the world, the black sand beach at Waiʻānapanapa State Park. Often teeming with visitors, we had the entire park to ourselves this morning. Enoch & Christina hiked up the lava rocks to watch the sunrise shine rays of light across the ocean. It was there at the end of the rainbow that he proposed to her, tears in our eyes and smiles on our faces. Christina immediately said yes, yes, a million times yes! After calling our parents to celebrate the good news, we shared breakfast at (you guessed it!) Hana-Maui resort. It was that moment we knew that this was the place we would marry. Enoch & Christina are so grateful to have the opportunity for our closest friends & family to experience this place with us, removed from reality and wrapped in pure Aloha. We can't wait to be back!

Since then, Enoch & Christina have traveled the world together, visiting international destinations including the Philippines, Paris, Brussels, Barcelona & domestic destinations including Hawaii (four times), Seattle, DC, Vegas, & more. We bought a home together in South Bay Los Angeles in 2020 & have enjoyed making it our own! We've given each other support and direction as we continued building our careers. We are so excited to get married this year and see what the future holds for us!
