The Wedding

Best idea of fancy and cool. New Mexico is hot in June, so the sand is deep. High heels be careful!
The ceremony will start at 11 am! Please gather at the parking area across the highway from Oliver's Gas Station and Dance Hall in Ojo Caliente starting at 9:30 am on Saturday. We will shuttle everyone from there to the ceremony and feast site. The Feast will follow right after the ceremony. At the end of the feast we will return everyone to their cars, for a few hours of Siesta! Please join us for cake, dancing and toasts at the Dance Hall behind Oliver's from 7 'til 1 am. Check out the Feast and Reception and Brunch pages for more details. Please carpool as much as you are able to Oliver's. Limited parking at the ceremony site is reserved for those needing special accommodation. We ask everyone to please leave cell phones and cameras in their cars, or the van, for the Ceremony. Feast

Your best idea of fancy
The feast will be served right after the ceremony. Because the ceremony site is also a working ranch with lots of animals and equipment, we ask everyone to stay close to the building and feast tents, where there will be lots of shade and good conversation! We also ask everyone to leave their cell phones and cameras in their cars or in a safety box in the vans until after the Ceremony and Feast. And to please bring them all and take lots of pictures at the reception! A shuttle driver will be available at all times for anyone who might need to leave early. After the Feast, shuttles will return everyone to their cars and we will all have a chance to cool down and Siesta until the reception starts at 7pm. Dancing Shoes
Party time! Cake, Drinks, Dancing or relaxing. Fun for everybody! The reception will be held at the Dance Hall next to Oliver's Gas Station, right across the highway from where we all parked our cars in the morning. After your Siesta, please meet us again at the parking area across from Oliver's at 7 pm. The Dance Hall is right across the road! A note about the highway: it looks like a quiet two lane road but many tractor trailers use it to haul hay downhill from Colorado, and they go way too fast! Please be extra careful crossing the highway to, and especially from, the Reception! Please bring all your cell phones and cameras!
