We would love a small keepsake item that reminds us of you! An ornament or a magnet from your hometown, a picture of you and your family, a mug or kitchen towel with an image or quote you love, anything like that! We really appreciate all of you as our friends and family and we would love something small to commemorate having you in our lives.

Can I bring someone with me?

Answer

Yes! You are very welcome to bring multiple guests, partner(s), family, etc. If the RSVP form doesn’t let you enter them, just let me (Emmett) know and I will make sure they are on the list.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes! Babies and children of all ages are welcome at both the ceremony and the reception. There will be a quiet space indoors set aside for napping.

Are dogs welcome?

Answer

The park where the venue is located allows leashed dogs outside, but not inside the cabin or picnic pavilion.

Dress code?

Answer

The dress code is "casual" and the wedding will be outside, so please wear something comfortable! Our wedding theme is "green", so if you'd like to wear something green, please feel free to but that is totally optional.

What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue is a cabin in a park next to a river. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and hangout space. There is a 1 mile (flat) hiking trail loop through the woods that starts and ends at the cabin. The location is called "Connor Bayou Woodland Cabin" in Grand Haven, MI.
