Friday Dinner For Folks In Town

5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual dinner get-together for people who have already arrived. Will be at Connor Bayou Woodland Cabin. Not an “official” rehearsal dinner, just a chance to hang out with family and friends! We will be at the cabin setting up from around 2 pm onward. Feel free to come say hello whenever you get into town! Dinner will from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. There will be casual hanging out and lawn games until around 8:30 pm.

Wedding and Reception

12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Attire. The ceremony will be outside in a park so please dress comfortably. Our theme is "green;" anyone who is interested is welcome to participate by wearing something green, but this is totally optional!

Ceremony around noon, and buffet-style food to follow. No alcohol due to venue restrictions. Ceremony will be outside, weather permitting; indoor space and bathrooms will be available. Ceremony and reception schedule: 12 pm - Ceremony. There's a part of the ceremony that is open for guests to give toasts, read a poem, etc. Please do if you feel moved to - we'd love to hear from you! (There won't be toasts during the meals, this will be the only time when we have the whole group together.) 1 pm to 8:30 pm - Reception! Food and games. Lunch buffet from roughly 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Cake cutting around 4 pm. Dinner buffet around 5:30 pm. All food will be vegetarian. Gluten free and vegan options will be available. The venue is in a park next to a river. There is a 1 mile hiking trail loop that connects to the venue. There will be casual outdoor and indoor games. If you have a favorite game, please bring it along! Leashed dogs are welcome outdoors.

Sunday Brunch

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Informal hangout/brunch for people who are still in town at Connor Bayou Woodland Cabin. Please join us for a bit if your travel plans allow! There will be a brunch truck from 10 am to 12 pm. We'll be hanging out at the venue and visiting/playing games until roughly 2 pm, and then packing up. The venue closes at 3:30 pm.
