Luke and Michael met working at a snow cone shop in high school. After working together for a couple months, they became best friends. They’ve gone on several trips across the country together and like to play video games with each other.

Mae and Emma met in elementary school and were friends throughout high school, participating in sports and clubs together. They didn't really become close though until the pandemic hit in 2020, when they spent most of their quarantine together. Over the years they've continued to grow close through their shared love of Jesus, thrifting, and love of adventure.
Ben Garcia

Luke and Ben met as freshman in high school after Luke moved to Las Vegas. Despite only being there for a year before moving back to South Carolina, they stayed friends and Luke has been back every year to visit.
Sophie Spargur

Sophie and Emma met at Hawkeye Community College, where they competed together on the cross country and track teams. They both were mid distance runners and quickly bonded as running partners during practices and meets. Despite only being on the team together for a year, they're still close today, sharing a love for thrifting and working out (when they feel the motivation obviously).
Nate Smith

Luke and Nate met in high school but didn’t become friends until college at the best school in the south, THE University of South Carolina. They share many common interests, namely call of duty, NFL and College basketball, and Zaxby’s.
Madison Briden

Madison and Emma met at Drake University during Emma's junior year, and first year at Drake. They ended up in the same Bible study and were on the club volleyball team together, which they're both now executive members of, leading to a close friendship between the two. Currently, they sit together, along with some other ladies in Starbs on campus, almost every week day and read their Bibles and talk.
David Sain

Luke and David also met at the best school in the south, THE University of South Carolina. Specifically, after becoming a Christian in the Summer of 2022, Luke became friends with David though the Shandon College student ministry. David was key in Luke’s growth and was a close disciple to him.
Anna Miller
Bridesmaid
Anna and Emma met about two years ago at Midweek at Walnut Creek Church Downtown. While they didn't become close right away, over the course of the next year they would grow to be good friends and eventually roommates during Emma's senior year at Drake. As roommates, they've bonded a lot through late-night talks, last minute road trips, and movies (which Emma recommends approaching cautiously when watching with Anna because it's a whole emotional rollercoaster of a time).
