When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 15

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that guests wear elevated cocktail attire; cocktail or formal dresses below the knees (think midi and maxi length dresses) and slacks with button ups or suits. When in doubt, error on the side of more formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RSVP, your invite will tell you how many people are included. Our venue is limited in size, so we ask that you please refrain from bringing a plus one unless your invitation includes one.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is no parking for the venue. The Nationwide parking garage is about two blocks down and does have free parking on the weekends that we encourage guests to park at.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The EMC Dam to Des Moines race is happening the morning of the wedding. Because of this, Des Moines will be more busy than normal and certain roads could be blocked or congested. The race should be over before the 3pm ceremony time, but keep this in mind when driving to Des Moines.
