When do I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online when you receive your invitation by September 12, 2024.

What is happening Friday? What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to welcome you to Richmond on Friday, November 1. Please come and go as you please from 8:00-10:00 at Casa del Barco in Richmond. Shuttles will be looping between the 3 hotels for the duration of this time. Please come in cocktail attire.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE for the wedding?

Answer

This is a formal event. Men, please wear suits and ties. Ladies, please wear a long dress or gown of your choice.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a date, their name will be on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Is Transportation Provided?

Answer

Yes! Busses will pick up guests at 2:30 on Saturday from the 3 hotels for the ceremony for the prelude at 3:00. Directly after the ceremony, busses will bring guests to the venue for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Busses will also drop guests off at their hotels or at the after party location.

I'm a student from Ms. Lowery's class (current or past), what is my role?

Answer

We are so excited to see you on our big day! You are invited to the church for our ceremony. Immediately after our ceremony, please meet us on the steps outside the church to capture a student group photo with the bride and groom to say goodbye to Ms. Lowery, and HELLO to Mrs. Loving!
