Welcome Dinner

Located at the Aspen Terrace inside the Inverness Denver Hotel. Drop-in format, so come whenever you want to/are available within the time window! Food and drink will be provided. We will be distributing our welcome bags from this location as well!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Summer cocktail attire. Outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor/outdoor reception.

Transportation will be provided from the Inverness Denver hotel to the ranch in the form of a large shuttle bus. Please arrive at the front of the hotel by 3 pm for a 3:15 pm departure. If you are driving yourself, when you arrive at the ranch go through the gates and keep right. Follow signs for "Albert's Lodge". You should see a large parking lot nearby. Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. Once you arrive at Spruce Mountain Ranch and park in the Lower Ranch parking lot, transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony site (see FAQs section for more details). The shuttle bus back to the Inverness Denver hotel leaves at two different times. The early bus leaves at 9 pm and the final bus leaves at 11 pm.
