What to Expect

We're so excited to celebrate with you in a place that is so special to us! Our venue is a large lodge with lots of cozy spaces to enjoy, both indoors and out. Throughout the evening, please feel free to explore, relax, and make yourself at home.

Arrival and Ceremony

When you arrive at Shekinah, you will drive down a hill and see a large timber frame building. Please follow the signs to park. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors at Shekinah's beautiful amphitheatre, directly outside the Timberlodge.

After the Ceremony

Join us for cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony. Drinks will be available upstairs in the lodge, and you’re welcome to: - Enjoy the patio and surrounding views - Play lawn games outside - Head downstairs to the lounge and play a game at the pool table. We ask that you stay near the lodge and don't wander too far. Others live and work at this camp and we want to respect their space!

Dinner and Reception

Dinner and the reception will follow cocktail hour. This will begin at 6:00 PM, upstairs in the Timberlodge.

Dance

After the reception, we will transition into a dance! The dance floor will be upstairs, but the outdoor patio and downstairs lounge will remain open for those who want a quiet space to chat or prefer other activities. We hope to see all of our guests enjoy their evening!

For overnight guests

If you are staying the night, please wait until after the ceremony to drop your belongings off inside. Room assignments will be on the welcome table inside the Timberlodge, and your room will have your name on the door. Please take some time during cocktail hour to drop off your items! We will reach out closer to our wedding date with more details for those who wish to stay over.
