San Diego International Airport (SAN)

The San Diego International Airport is just 30 minutes south of our venue. For our east coast friends, we suggest flights from Boston (non-stop options!) or to fly Southwest out of Hartford (+ 2 free bags!) For the Bay Area crew, Southwest and Alaska are perfect, low-cost options for flying out of San Jose, Oakland or San Francisco!

Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Rancho Bernardo

We are excited to have secured excellent rates at the Courtyard Marriott in Rancho Bernardo, just 15 minutes from the venue. Please book using the link listed below ASAP, but no later than 6/3/22. We strongly encourage everyone to reserve rooms at this hotel on Friday and Saturday night (June 17-18), as all wedding weekend activities will be centered around this location. Plus, we cannot wait to have all our favorite humans together in one space!

As there is not an easy way to get from the San Diego Airport to our hotel & venue, we suggest renting a car for the weekend! This will also allow you to explore more of our favorite spots in San Diego!

Turo is a great alternative to traditional car rentals! (If you haven't used it before, consider it the "AirBnB of car rentals") There are many low-cost options in San Diego with airport pick-up/drop-off available.

Travel Note

Staying a couple extra days?

If you're planning to spend a few extra days in San Diego before or after the wedding, we do suggest moving to a different hotel or AirBnB in central San Diego for those extra days. Although Escondido is lovely, it is a bit far from most of what San Diego has to offer! If you are extending your trip, don't hesitate to let us know - we'd love to give you suggestions of what to do in our beautiful home city.
