Beautiful spot near the venue for great food and craft beer!
San Diego Zoo Safari Park
Jeff and Emily have had season passes to the zoo and safari park for years! This is an awesome place near the venue to spend a couple hours on the wedding weekend :)
Kit Carson Disc Golf Course
Channel your inner Jeff, and throw around a frisbee for a friendly game of disc golf! The park is also nice to walk around and have a picnic. We'll be here on Sunday morning as well.
Torrey Pines State Beach
Just, 25 minutes from the venue, this is one of the best hikes or beach walks in San Diego! Check out beautiful coastline and dip your toes in the Pacific - grab one a coffee from one of our favorites (Bird Rock Coffee Roasting) right by the beach!
Solana Beach
For those of you traveling from the East Coast, we highly suggest taking a drive to the beach while you are in San Diego, and this is one of the closest to the venue! Solana Beach has a great downtown spot as well as nice sandy beaches and should be beautiful in June!
Ocean Beach
Jeff and Emily's favorite beach town in San Diego - be sure to walk on the pier, visit Sunset Cliffs, and try any one of the amazing local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars! This spot is about 30 minutes away from the venue.
South Park
This part of town is near and dear to our hearts - Jeff lived here when we started dating. Check out Buona Forchetta for the some of the most authentic Italian food in San Diego, or many of the other great restaurants and shops. You can also walk around Balboa Park, which is an iconic San Diego sight! South Park is about 30 minutes from the venue.
