Wedding Shuttles

Please note that shuttle bus transportation will be provided to/from the wedding for all guests. We ask that you do not drive to Galena. Shuttles depart promptly at 4:30 from the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum. Buses will be dropping off in the same location every half hour toward the end of the night. If you aren't staying in a hotel with a complimentary shuttle, a van will be available to take you home. Additionally, the Mountain Rides bus runs until 1:30am and drops off in Sun Valley, Elkhorn and Warm Springs.
Ceremony, Dinner & Dancing

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. We suggest wedges, block heels or flats for the ladies as ceremony and reception locations are a mix of dirt trails and grass. It is highly recommended to bring a jacket or extra layer for when the sun goes down. Galena Lodge is up in the mountains and the temp is about 10 degrees cooler than Ketchum/Sun Valley in the evenings.
Guests will be guided out to our ceremony location on a short 5 minute walk via a picturesque trail that winds through the trees out to the meadow. There is no cell service or wifi.
