One of Emily's best friends since college. Angela and Emily met sophomore year of college through a mutual friend and their love of nerdy things. Emily and Angela were Alto Singers together in Concordia's Bel Canto Choir and roommates during college and beyond. Angela's outgoing personality, kindness, and contagious laughter make her one of the best people to be around. Angela loves board games, video games, musicals, concerts, music, and reading. She's the shenanigan instigator and brings Emily out of her shell. Angela, Meleta, and Emily are like the Three Musketeers!

Best Man
Steffan's best bud. They met in passing in high school but really connected in the latter days of college. They instantly bonded over their food obsessions and love of video games! To this day they chatter constantly online about the latest food news or anime series that has taken over their free time. He's a food scientist at McCormick and has developed the "Flavor of the Year" twice in a row, much to Steffan's joy and the benefit of his dishes.

What started out as long chats in our college dorm turned into one of the best friendships Emily's ever had. Meleta is one of the hardest workers Emily has ever known. In college, Meleta and Emily were in Bel Canto Choir and Quidditch League together. She loves wine tastings, concerts, musicals, movies, reading, music, dancing like no one's watching, and being around those she cares about.

Steffan and Camille met in college and one of their first hangouts was a trip to the Texas Renaissance Faire! Ever since then they have been thick as thieves. From hanging out at LSU to her phenomenal Christmas parties, Steffan has many fond memories of good times together. She has always been there for Steffan and has a place of honor as groomswoman.

One of Emily's closest friends since freshman year of college. Sally and Emily bonded over their love of Doctor Who and all things pop culture. Sally's talent and love of music made her a star in the Concordia College Choir. Sally doesn't brag about it much but she has perfect pitch! Sally loves all things related to baseball, traveling, reading, music, video games, and much more.
David Stewart

David and Steffan lived just a few doors down from each other at West Leville, the Honors Dorm at LSU. They connected through some mutual friends and when they found out they both had been playing World of Warcraft for most of their lives, they knew it was destined to be forever. They spent a hurricane week shut in playing video games and formed a lasting bond. They lived together in Lafayette for a time and shared some of the biggest highs and lows of life, and Steffan is thrilled to have him there for the big day!

After meeting Christine through Angela and Adam, Emily knew they'd be friends for life. Christine is a very talented musician, gardener, storyteller, and bookworm. She makes the most incredible baked goods and is an absolute joy to be around.

Emily met Adam in college and they've been excellent friends ever since, and he and Steffan hit it off immediately and with impact. Their connection is uncanny. They are on the same wavelength way too often to be normal, and both have a love for hobby miniature painting! Steffan has found a lifelong friend in Adam, cementing his new roots in Minnesota.

Chris and Steffan met in High School at the wonderful Episcopal School of Acadiana (ESA). Chris plays jazz guitar and Steffan saw him perform at a local restaurant. They were brought together by their shared love of music, and just so happen to be perfect friends! They both love good food, good music, and absolutely goofing off. They were inseparable throughout high school and Chris' family has practically adopted Steffan! Chris brings out the silliest side of Steffan and it always leads to a great time!

Steffan met Ian very early on in his high school experience and they became the best of friends immediately. They nerded out over video games and Yu-Gi-Oh cards, spending every single day in the physics classroom. Along with Chris, they were a trio of goofballs, playing frisbee across campus and causing a ruckus. Having him there for this special day is an absolute necessity!

Sam went to ESA as well, and despite being a year younger, became extremely close friends with Steffan. They shared Spanish class together for years, calling one another every variation of "pato" they could conceive, much to the teacher's chagrin. They've been close ever since, and it is an honor to have him serve as our officiant!
