Shuttle

A shuttle will be transporting guests from the ceremony space to cocktail hour at The Monastery Event Center. The shuttle can hold approximately 20 passengers per trip, and will be making multiple trips immediately following the ceremony and from 9pm to 10:30pm. It will be parking directly outside The Phelps Hotel/Residence Inn. You may drive yourself if you would prefer.

The Phelps Hotel is directly across from our ceremony location. If you are planning on booking hotel accommodations for Friday night, Saturday night, or both, please consider using this link. We secured a room block with some of the lowest rates you will be able to find for downtown Cincinnati during football season. We encourage everyone to book as soon as possible, but the latest date you can make your reservation is 9/25/2025. The link automatically populates for both Friday and Saturday night, so if you are planning to only stay one night, you will need to manually adjust it. **Friday is no longer available, so you will only be able to stay Saturday night with these rates.
