Our Friday nights Welcome Party will be held on the Rooftop of the Phelps Hotel. There is event valet parking at the hotel, or you can park a few blocks away at the Queen City Square Garage. Dress warm, but there will be heaters and fire pits to stay close to. There will be light refreshment provided and a cash bar. Please come ready to start the weekend off right!
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Our ceremony will be held at Lytle Park, which is located right across the street from our hotel, The Phelps. Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as 3:30pm and no later than 4:15pm, as the ceremony start time is at 4:30pm sharp. If you are not staying at The Phelps, you may park at the Queen City Square Garage only two blocks away. There will be transportation from the ceremony location to our reception venue, and back to the ceremony location.
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

There will be an outdoor cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony, located at the reception venue. Guests may take the provided transportation to the reception location, or drive themselves. There is complementary parking at The Monastery, and guests may leave their cars overnight if they decide not to drive home.
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Guests will be welcomed into the indoor reception space at 6:30pm, with dinner following shortly thereafter. After dinner, there will be a DJ and lots of partying, so bring your dancing shoes. We will be providing an open bar to encourage all to celebrate as long as your feet let you!

We will be reserving space at a local brunch restaurant for family and close friends for the morning after the wedding. You will be responsible for paying for your food, so please keep that in mind. We would love to see your tired faces the day after the party to say our goodbyes!
