Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding, both ceremony and reception, will be taking place at the Seely Pavilion at the Omni Grove Park Inn. The address is 290 Macon Ave. Asheville, NC 28804

How do I get to Seely Pavilion once I get to Grove Park Inn?

Answer

Seely Pavilion is located on the 'Spa' level of the resort. To get to the Seely Pavilion by elevator, take the Vanderbilt Wing elevator to the Spa level. You will then see signs guiding you to the door that leads outside to the Pavilion. The alternative option would be to take the stairs from the Sunset Terrace, all the way down (several flights).

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available on-site for all guests. The self-parking rate is $18.00 per vehicle, or $25.00 per vehicle to valet. However, we strongly encourage Uber of Lyft for all guests that are not staying at the Grove Park.

What precautions are being taken in regards to Covid-19?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outdoors. Dinner/dancing will be held in the Pavilion, however, all doors will remain open through the event. Masks are required in all public areas at the Grove Park Inn, as well. If possible, we would also greatly appreciate if our guests would get tested for Covid-19 the week of the wedding or to exercise caution for 2 weeks leading up to the wedding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal or Black-Tie Optional Wedding Dress Code For the Ladies, a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pants suit. Men have the option of wearing a tuxedo or a formal dark suit, white shirt, and conservative tie. A suit jacket is required, a tuxedo isn't, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you as we can't accommodate any additional guests due to our venue capacity.

But... Ya'll already got married?

Answer

Yes, we did! But it wouldn't be officially official unless we said "I do" in front of all our loved ones. The ceremony will serve as a renewal of vows and an opportunity for everyone to witness our commitment to each other!
