Yes, the entire property is very handicapped friendly. There will be a golf cart service to transfers those who need extra walking assistance from the car to wedding venue and reception.

Yes, dinner will have vegan dining choices. However there will be no vegan dessert options.
The reception and ceremony will be held at the same location; The Loft on Walnut Hill
Not during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this moment and we would prefer if the guests put their phones away and are present in the moment with the bride and groom. Pictures are allowed during the reception.

ASAP! The wedding is being held just outside of Bloomington which is a BIG college town, and Indiana University does have football games in the fall. This causes hotel rooms to fill up fast! DO NOT WAIT UNTIL LAST MINUTE!
The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
