Can I bring children to any of the wedding events?

Answer

While children of all are welcome at both the Friday night welcome party and brunch on Sunday, our wedding and reception on Saturday will be primarily an adults only celebration. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of trusted babysitters that have experience working with families on Kiawah. Please reach out to to our wedding planner, Amanda at amanda@acharlestonbride.com for a copy of the babysitter list. We encourage you to reach out in advance to schedule any babysitting needs you may have over our wedding weekend.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend that guests stay on island or in nearby Freshfields Village. For accommodations and hotel block information, please see travel and Lodging tab. As Kiawah is a popular fall wedding destination, we encourage guests to please consider booking as soon as possible.
