FAQs

If you have any other questions not listed on this page, please contact the couple at jenewman1024@gmail.com.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 3, 2024. If there is no response by the RSVP date, the couple will assume you respectfully decline.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as the couple would love to celebrate with everyone, the budget and venue can only accommodate a set amount of guests. Your invitation will be addressed to [Your name] and a plus-one invite will appear on the RSVP card.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 with the processional. We recommend getting to the venue at 4:00-4:15 to allow ample time for parking, mingling with friends and family, and finding seats. Latecomers will be directed to park in the west parking lot and asked to wait until the processional ends before finding seats and/or standing room near the back.

Question

What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

The wedding party and couple will make their grand entrances at 6:00. We recommend arriving around 5:45-5:50 to leave ample time for parking, mingling, and finding a seat in the reception hall. Latecomers will be asked to wait until the grand entrance is complete to find a seat. The reception hall will not open its doors until 5:45, only the saloon where cocktail hour is being held will be available to purchase drinks and enjoy appetizers. An usher will announce at 5:45 to start heading to the reception hall to find seats!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is semi-formal, party attire (suits, cocktail dresses, unripped/unstained jeans, nice button-downs/polos). The wedding colors are shades of blue, pink, and white. When finding your outfit for this special day, we ask that guests do their best to refrain from wearing these colors.

Question

What is the seating arrangement?

Answer

The first two rows of the ceremony seating and labeled reception tables will be reserved. Besides that, the ceremony and reception are first come, first served seating. For the ceremony, we ask that those in attendance for the bride sit on the side of the groom, and those in attendance for the groom sit on the side of the bride.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available for both the ceremony and reception. Please be aware that part of the east parking lot will be blocked off for the ceremony and photo/video purposes. We ask that these barriers are not moved or changed when trying to park. There will also be a cigar truck parked in the west parking lot for the reception. Please be aware of this when entering/exiting the parking lot.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our venue is also a public saloon and will be open the night of the reception. The couple asks that guests keep this in mind while enjoying the celebration. Be mindful of leaving important items out in the open in cars, on tables during cocktail hour, in the bathrooms, etc.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It's Northeast Ohio! Normally, early September in this area is pretty nice, sometimes a little on the warmer side, but who knows for sure!. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside, however, there will be garage doors that will open after dinner concludes. If it does happen to rain for the ceremony, it will be moved into the reception space.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered with Amazon and Zola, which can be found under the 'registry' tab!

Question

Anything else that guests should know?

Answer

Instead of a large cake for guests to share, there will be a dessert bar featuring a variety of treats to enjoy! Please be courteous of having clean hands/wearing gloves, using utensils where necessary, and only touching things you'll eat. We have guests with severe food allergies and want them to be able to enjoy this feat as much as everyone else!
