Cocktail Hour!

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please enjoy some appetizers and drinks at the bar! Drinks can be ordered at the public bar during this time as the reception space will be under final preparations. The newlyweds will get pictures with their families, friends, and each other during this time. This will also be the best time to sign the guest books and view the couples' old photo albums!

Dinner and Reception

6:15 pm - 10:00 pm

Dinner is buffet style and will be served with salad and dinner rolls—menu to be announced closer to wedding day. Please be courteous of having clean hands, using utensils where necessary, and only touching things you'll eat. We have guests with severe food allergies and want to keep everyone safe! There will be water canisters around the venue with cups. Other drinks can be ordered from the reception bar (non-alcoholic and alcoholic).

Sparkler Send Off

9:45 pm

Grab your sparklers to help send off the newlyweds at the end of the night! Final drinks will be called at 9:45, final dance for all guests at 9:50. Guests will be asked to gather their things after the final song and head outside while the couple has a private last dance before the night ends.
