Camp Hidden Valley Lodging
One of the reasons we were so excited to host a summer camp wedding is to enjoy extra time with the friends and family celebrating our marriage. Some of these spaces are rustic and require either linens to be brought or rented (BYOE - Bring Your Own Everything!); it is, after all, a campground with a few extra amenities. The following spaces are available: Overnight cabins: shared bathhouse and BYOE Cabin 2 (2 queen beds) Cabin 3 (2 queen beds) Cabin 4 (4 queen beds) Cabin 5 (4 queen beds) Cabin 6 (2 queen beds) Cabin 7 (2 queen beds) Cabin 8 (4 queen beds) Family Cabins (BYOE, 1 full bathroom in each) Three bedroom cabin - sleeps 12 (4 queen beds, 5 bunk beds) Two bedroom cabin - sleeps 11 (2 bunk beds, 2 queen futons, 1 queen bed, 1 single bed) 1 Bungalow: a queen bed, bathroom, and linens Yurt: large round tent with queen futon, carpet, and lighting Glamping busses: 2 queen futons in each bus If you are interested in staying with us, please email us at ecegwedding@gmail.com. Please know that space is limited and that we will prioritize out-of-town folks and people who are part of the wedding as we need to. We are asking that guests who are interested in staying with us contribute a flat per person fee and the cost of linen rentals if desired.

Holiday Inn Express
For guests who would prefer not to stay on camp, a block of 20 rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Express in Timonium, MD. This is a great option for people who want amenities like climate control or a private bathroom (most lodging on camp will share a bathhouse). The discounted rate will appear once you've clicked on the link and entered your check-in and check-out dates. Please note that the reservation cut-off date for our discounted rate is August 29, 2023. This is a firm deadline for a busy weekend, and we advise booking quickly if this is of interest!
