Friday- Arrival

9:45 am - 12:30 pm

Austin and Emily arrive into Missoula on Thursday at 12:30 PM and cannot wait for the family and friends to officially meet up together. They recommend arriving Friday in case of any travel delays, and to get acclimated but our events will begin Saturday. You can fly into either Kalispell, MT, or Missoula, MT, whichever is most convenient for you. (See Travel Tab for more details)

Saturday Morning - Enjoy the Park!

8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Casual

Use Saturday morning to see the park for yourself. Austin and Emily will be spending the day with their wedding party throughout the park. We will reconvene later for food. Please use this time away from the wedding party to enjoy Glacier National and surrounding area in any way you’d like! Glacier National Park’s Red Bus tour is $90 and an excellent way to see the park. These vintage red buses have been refurbished by Ford and are a reliable way to see the beautiful national park without driving the Going-To-The-Sun Road yourself. Information for how to book a tour of your own are in the link below. Whether you plan it for Saturday or extend your stay, it is an iconic way to see the park. Wedding in the National Park

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Sundresses and Polos

The wedding itself will be within Glacier National Park, through the West Entrance. The location is Fish Creek Picnic Area Shoreline on Lake McDonald. The park service has requested that we do not bring any chairs, food, and attempt to keep the volume reserved per the National Park Service Regulations. We know the quiet part may be an issue for both families. Family members needing chairs will be provided one. There is a 6-car maximum for the location so please attempt to travel with other family members. This is technically a public space, but we will be as secluded as possible for privacy. We also ask for family and friends not to be taking pictures during the event; we will have a photographer present to capture our special moments. We are also only allowed 2 hours at the venue.
