Wedding Party

Nicholas Porter

Best Man

Hi everyone, my name is Nicholas, and I am Collin’s younger brother and best man. As his younger brother, I was dragged around to all of Collin’s sporting events—hot summer days watching him play All-Star baseball and then summer lacrosse. Rolling around in the dirt with Jamie, cheering on our big bro, “Let’s go, COCO!” we would chant from the sideline. Being four years older than me, all I wanted to do was be like Collin. At first, I wanted to be a baseball player like him, and then when he switched to lacrosse, I had to play lacrosse too. Collin was always the cool older brother who included me with his friends—many of whom are in this wedding party. Whether it was playing Call of Duty, shooting hoops in the driveway, or later in life sneaking us into college bars and tailgating before the Gamecocks football games, he always found a way to include me. I was lucky to be the first one in my family to meet Emilie. Being from Sweden was 100% new to me, and I remember asking loads of questions about Sweden while we ate udon noodles in Collin’s 200-square-foot apartment. My mom called me when I left Hawaii and said, “So, how was she?” I remember telling her, “I thought she was awesome and that she surfs, so she was immediately cool in my book—and that she was taller than Collin (short king). I’m so happy I get to call her my sister and welcome a new member into this wild, crazy Porter family. I’m so excited for both of them and can’t wait to celebrate in Sweden. Love, Bomber

Jamie Porter

Best Man

Hej alla! Little Swedish for everyone there. Being asked to stand as one of Collin’s best men is one of the greatest honors of my life. Collin has been nothing short of a role model, mentor, blueprint, but most importantly, my big brother for all my life. For those hip, Collin is the definition of our “glue guy,” the adhesive that has kept this family together. I truly feel bad for those who don’t have someone like Collin in their life, whether it be as a friend, spouse, sibling, or family member. You are really missing out. I could give you all countless stories regarding the lore of my older brother Collin, but I think it would be much more amusing for everyone if I left it for the speeches. ;) To Emilie, I could not be more happy to finally call somebody my “sister,” for the first time. Welcome to the chaos. Jamie

Maggan Sieradzki

Maid of Honor

Hi! I’m Maggan – the bride’s best friend and proud Maid of Honor. We’ve known each other for 20 years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier to stand by her side on this amazing day. We met back in elementary school when we were both the “new kids” in class. From the very first day, we just clicked – and deep down, I think we both knew we’d be in each other’s lives forever. As her Maid of Honor, I’ll be her right hand – helping with everything from planning to calming nerves before the walk down the aisle. I’m also one of the lucky ones helping plan her bachelorette party, and I’ll make sure she has everything she needs to feel relaxed and radiant on the big day. It’s truly an honor to be by her side, and I’ll do everything I can to make this wedding as unforgettable as she deserves. I’m so excited to celebrate this beautiful moment with all of you. I know it’s going to be a magical day, full of love, laughter, and memories we’ll treasure forever. See you at the wedding!

Rachelle Hardy

Maid of Honor

We’ve been sisters from the start — no DNA test needed. One day she was just on my family’s couch, eating snacks like she lived there… and honestly? I’ve been thanking the universe for that moment for the last 20 years. So who am I? I’m the one yelling “TAKE A SIP!” before the vows, keeping the champagne flowing, and reapplying her lip gloss like it’s my full-time job. Let’s get my girl married💅👰‍♀️✨

Emelie Lindholm

Maid of Honor

Emilie and I got to know each other in high school, and even though it wasn’t love at first sight (in fact, I actually found her a bit annoying – shocking, I know), we built a friendship during those years that I wouldn’t trade for anything. Emilie is truly my best friend and the one I turn to first in both happy and sad times. She is, simply put, my family. I’m so proud and grateful for everything about our friendship and our journey together, which makes it feel almost surreal to now stand by my favorite person as her maid of honor when she marries the man of her dreams. It’s so fun to look back on the Snapchats Emilie sent on her way to her first date with Collin – which magically became the beginning of their forever. That’s something I’ll be thinking about especially when I stand beside you and hear you both say “I do.” Honestly, I’m so excited I could burst! During the wedding weekend, you can definitely count on me to embarrass the bride one way or another – my favorite activity. Expect lots of laughter, an unreasonable amount of tears, and shot races. I’ve got a permanent spot at the bar! (But only after my speech – I’m way too nervous before that.) I’m genuinely looking forward to meeting all of you and sharing an unforgettable weekend celebrating, without a doubt, the most beautiful and wonderful couple I know. Cheers!

Betina Aandewiel Blad

Bridesmaid

I’m Emilie’s big sister, which basically means I’ve had the privilege of bossing her around her whole life. Today, though, my only expectation is that Emilie is the boss — and that we all laugh, cry, and dance until our feet hurt. PS: I always beat Emilie in Playstation🏎️

Elina Drougge

Bridesmaid

Being Emilie’s little sister has been one of the greatest joys of my life. She’s always been the calm and steady one, while I’ve brought the energy and chaos but somehow, that balance has made us the perfect sister duo. I’ve looked up to Emilie for as long as I can remember, and the bond we share is something I’ll cherish forever. Standing by her side as she and Collin start this new chapter is an honor, and I couldn’t be more excited to celebrate their love.

Cornelia Eide

Bridesmaid

My name is Cornelia, and I’m Emilie’s little sister. It feels very special to be part of celebrating her and the love she’s found. Emilie has always been an important person in my life. Supportive, funny, and full of energy. Seeing her with the person she loves makes me both emotional and happy. The two of them complement each other perfectly, and it’s clear how good they are together. I’m really looking forward to celebrating them with family and friends, and to a day filled with joy, love, and beautiful moments.

Sanna Fredholm

Bridesmaid

Hi everyone, my name is Sanna, and I am one of the incredibly proud bridesmaids of Emilie! I've known Emilie since we were kids playing basketball together. Our friendship really took off when we studied French in elementary school and went to Paris – where Emilie, in true Emilie fashion, sprinted across a busy street yelling “fkn YOLO!” We then spent high school side by side for three unforgettable years. We had our own secret language to survive math tests, barely made it through physics and chemistry, and took Killergame way too seriously. We stalked boy bands, made up weird nicknames for classmates, danced jazz funk weekly, and partied a bit too hard at Solli every Wednesday. After high school, we thought traveling through Asia was a great idea—too young, unprepared, and somehow surviving blood poisoning, near jungle nights, and an earthquake. But we made it, and the memories are priceless! Recently we’ve explored San Diego and LA together, danced at clubs, explored beaches, met each other’s friends, and almost crashed DiCaprio's 50th birthday party. My memories with Emilie are truly some of my favorites. Just seeing her name or face instantly makes me smile. In 2026, my heart will be so full seeing her marry the love of her life (again) – a man who makes her happier than ever. Collin, you’re already part of the new favorite memories, and I can’t wait for many more. To Emilie and Collin – here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Bella Nilsson

Bridesmaid

Hi y'all, My name is Bella. I’m one of the lucky bridesmaids and, not to brag, but also a pretty big reason why we’re here today. My story with Emilie began back in middle school when a tall girl in leopard leggings and Dr. Martens walked into my dance studio. I knew right away we’d be friends. Fast forward to our first day of high school when a smiling Emilie spotted me in the auditorium crowd and shouted my name. She’s been one of my greatest friends and a light in my life ever since. We’ve had days we’ll never forget and nights we couldn’t remember even if we tried. Chardonnay deserves some credit. Emilie is like a sister to me. She’s empathetic, hilarious, kind, and has a heart bigger than anyone I know. Now, back to why you should all thank me. One night Emilie called me after a great first date with a guy. All was perfect, except for one small detail. Literally small. He wasn’t taller than her. But I told her there is more trash than fish in the sea, so she’d better give this guy a shot. She did, so here we are. You’re welcome. And Collin, I’m so glad she listened. You’re kind, caring, funny, and exactly the type of man I told teenage Emilie she deserved. And I’m grateful to call you a friend. Enough rambling. I’m a copywriter, so if I kept it short people might think I’d lost my touch. But if you want to trade stories about the couple or make the dance floor dangerous later, I’m your girl. Here’s to a lifetime of love, memories, and laughter. I love you both.

Julia Kulik Danielsson

Bridesmaid

Hi, I'm Julia, and I’m one of the bridesmaids on Emilie and Collin’s big day! Emilie and I first crossed paths at a party in Santa Barbara, and from the very first moment, it felt like I had known her my whole life. Her warmth, humor, and big heart made us click instantly, and since then, we’ve shared countless memories – from late nights filled with laughter on Stockholm’s snow-covered streets to sunny adventures in California. Midsummer, New Year’s, and everything in between have become little treasure chests of memories that I always carry with me. Emilie is that friend who lights up every room, who makes every moment special, and who I could never imagine being without. It’s truly an honor to be a part of Emilie and Collin’s wedding. From the very first update about a date in Hawaii to their upcoming wedding, where they’ll say "I do," it has been so beautiful to follow their love story. Emilie and Collin are pure gold – they complement each other in the most beautiful way, and their wedding will undoubtedly be a memory for life! If you spot someone being extra enthusiastic on the dance floor, you’ve found me! My mission tonight is to make sure no one spills on the bride’s dress, get everyone to sing along to Swedish classics, and ensure no one sneaks off the dance floor before we’ve truly danced our hearts out!

JT McLaughlin

Groomsman

Collin and I have been best friends since first grade. From the day we met, Collin and his family have welcomed me as "their 4th son" and I could be found at their house on the weekends or over summer break playing basketball, swimming, or traveling with the rest of the family to watch Collin's travel baseball games. Growing up in a house with 2 older sisters myself, I always told my parents I wanted a brother. Not only was Collin the brother I never had, but so too were Nicky and Jamie. As we went off to college to our respective SEC colleges (Roll Tide!) our friendship never faded as we ensured to make trips out to visit one another. A few years later Collin had moved out west and told me that he had met somebody on a trip to Hawaii... well that trip very quickly turned into a "stay" as he found his new home, Emilie, knowing wherever he may live, it's where he is meant to be so long as they are together. When I first met Emilie on a holiday in Connecticut I knew she was the perfect match for Collin. She truly is one of the kindest and most compassionate humans that I have met, with a great sense of humor to match. I am so grateful to be a part of their lives and to stand beside them on their wedding day. I can't wait to see what the future holds for them! Fun fact: Collin and I used to wear coconut bras and straw skirts to school every Friday in 2nd grade (foreshadowing Collin's weekend outfits when he lived in Hawaii)

Drew Labbadia

Groomsman

Me and Collin have been friends since I moved to Farmington in the 6th grade. Our friendship started with our travel basketball days and stayed strong all the way to today even despite him living across the country. Collin’s always been one of the most loyal and trustworthy guys I’ve known, being someone who will always put forth effort to be there for his friends. Whether it was us planning a trip out to California or just a simple text about some stock market advice, he’s always there to help out in anyway he can. It’s been awesome to see him get to live in such beautiful places and to have found Emilie along the way. It’s always been obvious how good she is for him, and I’m so excited to be apart of their wedding. I can’t wait to celebrate in such a beautiful place!

Alex Ostapiuk

Groomsman

I’m Alex Ostapiuk, I live in New York City and am from Farmington, Connecticut. I’ve been friends with Collin since we were around six years old and have had the privilege of growing up with a true friend like him. There are too many good times to recount and even more to intentionally omit. Whether it was playing lacrosse, competing in “HORSE”, snowboarding, jumping off Frye’s Leap, or sneaking out of my basement, we always had a good time together. I could not be more excited for Collin and Emilie and am honored to be by their side at their wedding. It’s been amazing to get to know Emilie and see them together. I’m really looking forward to getting to celebrating them and experiencing her home country before, during and after their big day. SKÅL! Fun fact: I have swam with sharks in the Galápagos Islands without a cage.

Michael Chaia

Groomsman

Lifelong friend of Collin from elementary school all the way through the present day. I look back fondly on times growing up in Connecticut from attending church groups (believe both of us could use a refresher here) to playing baseball, and lacrosse. As we graduated, I had the opportunity to share some memories with Collin at his alma mater (University of South Carolina), and his transition over to San Diego. As for me, I am currently living in Boston (Massachusetts) enjoying spending my free time searching for golf balls inside wooden terrain/lakes/backyards and traveling through the coastline with friends and family. Lifelong fan of New England sports, and find myself providing unwarranted Celtics roster construction advice to whomever will listen. I think of Collin as a true friend that has always been there for me and those around him. I have had the opportunity to see Collins' relationship with Emilie grow over the years, and see just how much Emilie has brought to his life and his family. I couldn’t be more pumped to celebrate this moment with them.

Conner Greenberg

Groomsman

My name is Conner, and I had the pleasure of meeting Collin early in our Freshman year of college. I lived on the floor right above him in our dorm, so we quickly became super close and ended up living together for 2 years. We truly spent the majority of our college careers together and even now that we live on opposite sides of the country, I still consider him one of my closest friends. Collin and I have traveled the world together - Spring Breaks in College, my first time in NYC, spending a month in Hawaii across 2 trips, and even Stockholm for Midsommar. Through all of this Collin has always been the most reliable, welcoming, and one of the most amazing friends I have ever had. There is no one more hard-working and driven than Collin, so when he told us about a special girl we were going to be meeting in Hawaii we knew this girl must be something special. After meeting Emilie for the first time, there was no arguing how perfect her and Collin are for each other. Emilie is an incredible person and after just meeting her once I could see just how driven, thoughtful, and selfless she really is. It takes a very special and brave kind of person to host our friend group across the globe for a few days, and that is exactly what Emilie is. All of this and her outgoing personality and great sense of humor make her and Pete, I mean Collin, a perfect match. I am so happy for the beautiful couple, and I am honored to be a part of the big day! So happy for the Porters! Skål!!!

Aiden Dunn

Groomsman

My name is Aiden, and I am one of the groomsmen. I first met Collin during our freshman year of college, and we quickly became close friends. It’s an honor to be part of his wedding and to celebrate such an amazing couple. From living together in Cola to crashing on his air mattresses in Hawaii, and him waking up for East Coast hours while living in Honolulu to discuss Stock Market movement before the opening bell, he has always been an incredible friend and one of the smartest and hardest-working people I know. I was invited (tricked) onto a hike while in Hawaii when Collin first told me about a girl he had met, on that trip I had the pleasure of meeting the Bride and immediately could see the connection between them, Emilie is a thoughtful, kind, and caring person who can make people laugh in 3 different languages, she welcomed our friends into Stockholm for our first time ever with open arms, seeing these two together makes me so happy, and it’s clear how much they bring out the best in each other. I’m looking forward to a weekend full of Love, laughs, and great memories! Skål!

Ryan Dopp

Groomsman

Greetings good people, my name is Ryan Dopp, I grew up in Farmington CT with Collin but now live in NYC. Collin and I played lacrosse together as kids, went our separate ways during college but once we both graduated reconnected in San Diego while I was on a work project. From there we have explored the Hawaiian islands, Sweden and many places in between. I am so excited to be with Emilie and Collin on their special day. A fun fact about myself is I went skydiving with Collin in Hawaii.
