Wedding Day Transportation

Transportation will be provided from select hotels to the venue in two batches prior to the ceremony. Exact timing is TBD, so please check back closer to the date for final details and departure times. Evening Shuttles Shuttles will run approximately every 30 minutes from 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with the final shuttle departing no later than 12:30 AM, returning guests to the two hotels. Driving & Parking If you prefer to drive, complimentary parking is available at the venue on the day, with overnight parking permitted for guests.

Sandman Hotel & Suites Squamish
We’ve reserved a block of rooms for our guests—so you can stay close to the celebrations and make a weekend of it. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the venue and located in the heart of Squamish. Please note that rooms within our hotel blocks must be booked by June 1st. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released, so we recommend booking early to secure your spot. Room Options: 1 King Bed: $269 + tax 2 Queen Beds: $279 + tax (Rooms are similar in size—just choose the bed setup that suits you best! Prices are per night.) Dogs are welcome! Please let the hotel know at check-in. A $20 per pet, per night fee applies.
