Berlin Tegel (TXL) or Berlin Schönefeld (SXF)

There are two airports you can look to arrive into, depending on where you are coming from: Berlin Tegel (TXL) or Berlin Schönefeld (SXF). A taxi from Tegel (TXL) could take around 30-40 min, and cost as much as €30. From Schönefeld (SXF) 30-50 min (depending on traffic) and cost as much as €40.

Note about hotels

We have blocked off rooms at three different hotels with various price options to accommodate your budget; details below for ibis budget, Motel One and Marriott. Hotels participating in the room blocking are holding rooms for Friday and Saturday night, July 20th and the 21st with check out on July 22nd. Booking early ensures participation at your hotel of choice and enables reservation extensions if you would like to book extra days. We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding on Saturday from the hotels in Potsdamer Platz, Motel One and the Marriott. Note: Taxes (or VAT) should be included within all the room rate prices. The fourth hotel (Das Stue) isn't participating in the room block, but is something we recommend to our guests looking for a luxury experience nearby the hotels where we are providing wedding transportation to and from. Another great option to consider is booking an Airbnb. Just make sure you plan to meet up at the hotels for transit to the wedding.

If you are traveling internationally, don't forget to get your passport (or update one that might have expired). Processing can take 4-6 weeks, so leave yourself plenty of time!

For guests traveling on a budget, this hotel offers an economical rate in a central location. There are 15 rooms total on hold for bookings from July 20th - July 22nd. Rates: Single room: €57 per night (about $70); Double room: €69 per night (about $85). Breakfast not included, but available for € 7,50 per person. For guests looking for a mix of budget and luxury, this hotel offers a mix of modern design + great amenities but for a great price. There are 40 rooms total on hold for bookings from July 20th - July 22nd. If you are interested in booking for a longer time period, please call the hotel ASAP to inquire about the extension. Rates: €82.95 per night (about $103) and single room (excluding breakfast), €92.45 per night (about $114) and single room (including breakfast), €98,70 per night (about $122) and double room (excluding breakfast), €117,70 per night (about $146) and double room (breakfast included). For guests looking to travel with points, or to earn points, we have a total of 20 rooms on hold with the Marriott in Postdamer Platz. The rooms are blocked from July 20th with check out on July 22nd. If you are interested in booking for a longer time period, please call the hotel ASAP to inquire about the extension. Subway or S-Bahn

Subway and S-Bahn trains are very easy to use. Tickets are available in the ticket machines directly on the track. You can select "english lang" on the ticket machine.
