Right next to the Old North Bridge in Minuteman National Park, this house was lived in by Ralph Waldo Emerson and Nathaniel Hawthorne! This is Elyssa's favorite literary tourism site in Concord.
A must-see for Revolutionary War fans (and the site of Nick and Elyssa's favorite Pooh Sticks game). The famous Battle of Concord was fought here which began the Revolutionary War! (Take that, Lexington.)
The home of Louisa May Alcott! She wrote Little Women in this house! Elyssa had a birthday party here when she was in 3rd grade. It was lit.
Best restaurant in Concord -- get a frappe. You won't regret it.
This is a cool spot, a bunch of famous authors are buried here and it's a beautiful place to walk!
This is Saltbox Farm's restaurant! Just in case you can't get enough of their amazing food!
The best ice cream! (aside from Nick's homemade ice cream)
Canoe or kayak on the Concord River! This is one of our favorite activities and the scenery is beautiful.
This place is great! Lot's to see here including one of Paul Revere's two lanterns!
Amazing pizza if you're hungry during the weekend!
Elyssa didn't swim here much (White's Pond all the way), but it's a pretty famous body of water you could check out.
This is Jane's (Elyssa's mom) favorite historic site. It's "The Road to Revolution" and serves as a good introduction to the events at Lexington (this was baaarely an event) and Concord (the big event).
