Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP via the tab here on the website.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 28, 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue at 3:45 to allow time to enter the venue and find your seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00. Should you arrive after 4:00, you may have to wait until after the ceremony to be seated as to not cause any interruptions to the ceremony. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

To enhance the elegance of our special day, we request spring formal attire. The inspiration is "garden chic". Men are encouraged to wear suits and women formal spring dresses or pantsuit. We are envisioning a garden party soiree and hope our guests will participate with us in that vision and experiment with spring pastel colors and floral patterns. Pinterest may help serve as a guide for inspiration.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Atrium. The ceremony will be held in the courtyard garden space. The central courtyard is surrounded by porticoes so in the event of inclement weather we shouldn't be affected by rain. There is also a large indoor air-conditioned area for seating before ceremony, during cocktail hour, after dinner, and lounging.

Question

Is there onsite parking at the venue?

Answer

We hope it may be most convenient to walk from your hotel to the venue. However, if you chose to drive to the venue there are a few options for paid parking. The closest parking lot is conveniently located across the street from the Atrium; day passes can be purchased there or paid by the hours. On-street metered parking available downtown on most streets and paid by the hour. There is also a parking deck located a block away on Market Street.

Question

Adults Only Event

Answer

Due to limited space we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception as an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We appreciate you making arrangements to be able to celebrate this weekend with us.

Question

Do you have a wedding hashtag?

Answer

#Elyeverafter
