Treasure Island
Treasure Island is well, a hidden treasure. Even folks who live in the Bay Area have not visited this special place. Built in 1939 for the World Fair, Treasure Island has since been transformed from a military base to taking over the "urban wine renewal." We also think it's a prime spot for shooting the next season of The Walking Dead, which added to its allure for us. The Winery SF is one of the first wineries on the island, and is leading the way to changing the perception of city wineries. While you will taste some great wines during the party, we hope you will get to visit other wineries including Vie and Conduit. Woods Island Club is a cool spot for a fresh brewskie or Bocci Ball. Be sure to make time to take photos of the gorgeous views of San Francisco, Oakland and their beloved bridges.
