As Rob and I prepare for one of the most exciting days of our lives together, we have sat down and discussed a very important element of our big day. (No, I’m not talking about the flavor of the cake.) The well-being of our guests has been a crucial discussion, so we ask our guests from the love in our hearts to the love you hold for us to please regard the following:

For guest coming from out of State: First and foremost, Rob and I thank you for taking the time, funds and effort (that flight over Canada is no puddle jump!) to come all this way to be with us in our wonderful wild home of Alaska. Many of you traveling this greater distance are treasured guests and this wedding would not be the same without you. During your 2,000+ mile adventure rife with overpriced sad sandwiches, surprise gate changes, and some of the best quality people watching a person could ask for, please consider if it is no consequence to you, taking advantage of the airport administered Covid test during your travels. Because much like “double checking” your boarding pass 16 times between checking your luggage and finally boarding your flight, better safe than sorry!

To all guests near and far we ask you to be like your bathroom scale. Be honest about your body. Now, to be clear, you do not have to tell anyone a single thing about your body. That is your business and yours alone. For the sake of a good time to be had by all, if you are not feeling well (Boogie fever does not count) please keep a safe distance from others until you are Covid clear to fiesta!
