Sangeet loosely translates to "music" in Hindi, and that is certainly what this night will be full of! Usher in the wedding weekend by joining us in a celebration filled with music, dancing, Henna, delicious Indian food, and drinks to kick off our wedding weekend.

Indian Wedding Ceremony & Post-Ceremony Luncheon

Attire: Both Traditional Indian dress and festive cocktail attire are welcomed! Think lehengas, saris, or colorful cocktail dresses for ladies and sherwanis, kurta pajamas, or dark suits and ties for men.
This event will begin with Arjun riding a horse through the streets of Chicago to meet his bride. Meet us in front of the hotel on Walton Street at 10AM for the Baraat parade before moving to the Gold Coast Room for the Indian ceremony. Luncheon to immediately follow!

Attire: Black Tie Optional - Tuxedos and dark suits and ties are appropriate for men, while floor-length formal gowns are welcomed for women.
Immerse yourself in fine art and watch us join our hands in marriage in the Women’s Board Grand Staircase at the Art Institute. To enter, pass the iconic lions located on Michigan Avenue. After the ceremony, kindly join us for cocktail hour in the same location followed by a night of dinner and dancing among the art.
