This photo was taken on one of our first dates. We attended a Holi celebration at a community center in Seattle.

We met in Seattle and this is a picture of us on the balcony of our first apartment in Capitol Hill. We loved living next door to top pot doughnuts and some of our favorite restaurants and bars.

Chris took Ellie to Santa Barbara for the first time in the summer of 2019

Months before the pandemic hit, we were able to visit Portugal with Ellie's family. We can't wait to see more of the world together.

We moved to Bozeman in 2020 so that Chris could work on his Masters in Geology at MSU. A year later, Ellie started her Masters in School Counseling. Ellie and Chris both went from Husky to Bobcat.

Living in Montana means that we get to explore amazing places like Yellowstone National Park

We planned our proposal together. Chris picked Ellie up from work and went to Pete's Hill to pop the question. Afterwards we drank champagne and ate cheesecake at a fancy bar in Bozeman.

We feel so lucky to live right next to this beautiful park. We love going on walks together and watching the seasons change. It's fun to watch people ice skating when the pond freezes over!
