Which is it, Amelia or Fernandina?

Great question, we asked that as well. The physical island is called Amelia Island, and on the island is the town of Fernandina Beach (13,000 residents). Fernandina and Amelia are used interchangeably when naming things on the island.


Parking on the big day?

There is a shared parking lot right next to the venue, but most guests will find parking a block away (3min walk) next to Cedar River Seafood. If you are staying at one of the many nearby hotels, you will not need to drive at all. If you would prefer to not walk, a couple gracious family members will be helping to chauffeur guests to the venue.


Will there be things to eat?

Yes! We are fortunate to have our wedding catered by the exceptional, Florida House Inn, and food will be served buffet style so you can eat to your hearts content. The simple-southern themed menu is:
