We have been discussing the impacts of Covid 19 on our wedding and are dedicated to creating a safe environment so we can celebrate with everyone we love! We have planned that the wedding will be outdoors to allow for more ventilation and appropriate distancing. For now, everyone should plan to wear a mask during the event and if possible, to be vaccinated. Our vendor is confident that their employees will be vaccinated prior to the wedding. If not vaccinated, they will follow all NYS and CDC guidelines prior to the event. This includes testing, wearing masks and gloves, and contact tracing (if there is a covid exposure). Seven Ponds Farm has ensured us they are taking every precaution! We ask that all guests also follow NYS and CDC precautions for everyone's safety. For more information regarding travel restrictions, refer to other FAQ questions and our Covid 19 Announcement.
We ask that all guests follow NYS and CDC precautions and guidelines leading up to our wedding. CURRENTLY, for non-vaccinated travelers and from out-of-state, there are NYS guidelines you will need to follow. NYS requires a 14 day quarantine, UNLESS you follow the following procedures: 1. Receive a negative test within 3 days of departure 2. Upon arrival quarantine for 3 days 3. On the fourth day receive another negative Covid test. Yes, absolutely! We view all of our closest friends as family! Everyone is encouraged and welcome to participate in a day of outdoor activities, swimming, playing board games, playing cards, eating lunch/dinner together, hiking, visiting the farm animals, and much more! Stay tuned for more information and a detailed itinerary for the wedding weekend. Don't miss out on this special day to really get to explore the beautiful grounds at Seven Ponds Farm. It is going to be epic, trust us ;)
Yes, and please do! If you have any specific dietary restrictions, either indicate this when you RSVP or send us an email to let us know.
We will be coordinating transportation from the several places that people are staying in the area. You'll be free to make your own plans to get to and from the farm for the welcome party, if you want to come.
Parking will be available if you are driving yourself to the farm for the ceremony/reception and family/friends gathering. If you are doing so, please refer to the driving directions on the Seven Ponds Farm website. (http://www.sevenpondsfarm.com/faq/). They have indicated the easiest roads to take to access the grounds.
ASAP, or at least by June 1st, 2021
Of course!!! How can we make this a reunion of friends and family if we don't include everyone?!
