It's not important that when we first met it was it a bar. It's also not important that for those first two weeks, Ellen was convinced my name was "Red". What is important is that we soon found out that while we were together, we were the happiest, most vulnerable and loudest-laughing versions of ourselves. Once we went on our first date (Trivia fact - it was a local screening of "When Harry Met Sally") there was no looking back and no doubt that we were made for each other. Our love grew for six years in the form of bicycle treks to the beach, culinary experiments, board games, and becoming cat-parents. We're now thrilled to be taking the next step in our lives together and to share it with you all!

In 2019 we decided to make a two-week cross country road trip. When we arrived in Santa Fe, we fell in love with the city and our Spartan trailer Air B'nB - which materialized our obsession with tiny homes. After a couple days of exploring local fare, we returned to our (temporary) home and I surprised Ellen with a proposal under the romantic star-filled skies outside of the city.

Update: We are marching toward getting married on July 16th, 2021 with a family/friends day of fun on July 17th, 2021, please mark your calendars!!
