This is the location of our morning brunch event, and where Jerod and I will be staying the evening before, and the night of the 22nd. We'd love to have friends and family near us! No blocks here, but happy to ask for a special rate if anyone has interest.

Flight

Sea-Tac International Airport

Getting to Seattle (Really, Bellevue, just right across the bridge) Travel Tips for Guests We’re so excited to welcome you to Seattle! Whether you're flying in or driving up the coast, here are a few helpful tips to make your trip smooth and enjoyable: ✈️ By Air Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)—known locally as Sea-Tac—is the region’s main airport and about 25–35 minutes from downtown Seattle and Bellevue, depending on traffic. Travel Tips: SEA has lots of direct flights from major U.S. cities. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) and taxis are readily available from the arrivals level. You can also take the Link Light Rail directly from the airport to downtown—it’s affordable and avoids traffic! I'd note that Bellevue is 10- 15 minutes from Seattle, easily accessible by two bridges. Ubers from Seattle to Bellevue can be pricey ($60-100), so we would suggest either renting a car (A must if you plan to explore the other beautiful areas the PNW has to offer) OR Heading straight to Bellevue from the airport and staying there. 🚗 By Car Seattle is accessible via I-5 and I-90 if you're driving from nearby cities like Portland, Spokane, or Vancouver, BC. Parking Tip: If you're staying downtown, we recommend checking your hotel’s parking rates or using apps like SpotHero for deals on overnight garage parking. SPOT HERO IS A LIFE SAVER! 🛳️ By Ferry Coming from the Olympic Peninsula or just looking for a scenic adventure? Washington State Ferries offer beautiful crossings over Puget Sound. Great options include Bainbridge Island or Bremerton into Seattle. 🧳 General Travel Tips: Pack layers—even in August, evenings can be cool. Bring or download maps—some areas (especially on ferries or in the mountains) may have spotty cell service. Seattle and Bellevue are walkable cities with excellent public transit (Link Light Rail, buses, and streetcars). Download apps like Transit, WSDOT Ferry Schedule, or Uber/Lyft ahead of time for convenience.

Rental Car

Highly Suggested - Rental car!

WA

If you plan to explore anywhere outside of Seattle/Bellevue proper, we highly suggest renting a car. Inner cities, Uber and Lyft are very easily accessible, as is easy transport to and from the airport, of course, it can add up. There are plenty of other options for public transportation if you have the time. If you plan to come to our property on Saturday, you'll want a car! If you plan to see Leavenworth, go whale watching, up to the San Juan Islands (Very strongly recommend) or go hiking, you will want to rent a car.
