Downtown Denver
Check out Downtown Denver! Here are some of our favorite spots: - Rockies Game at Coors Field/McGregor's Square - Drinks at Block Distilling or Beers at Odell's in Rino (We had our 1st date here!) - Brunch at Snooze - Burgers at Cherry Cricket
Idaho Springs
Check out the hot springs or just walk around the charming Miner Street. Located only 15 minutes West of the venue via I-70
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Walk around the amazing natural amphitheater, where you can check out a beautiful view of the greater Denver area, go on some easy hikes, and visit the free Colorado Hall of Fame.
Rocky Mountain National Park
If you are spending more time in Colorado, we recommend hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park! The park is an hour and half West of Denver, and you will need a National Park Pass or Day Pass and separate reservation for the day. Also check out Estes Park for the cute mountain shops and Aerial Tramway for a beautiful mountain top view.
Garden of the Gods
Another site to see if staying in Denver for a long weekend is the beautiful rock formations called the Garden of the Gods. While there you can hike around the park and visit the Nature Center. The Garden is located approximately an hour South of Denver in Colorado Springs
