What time should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before then.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We are asking that our guests wear semi-formal to formal attire. This a day that we all get to celebrate and wear outfits we don't get to wear often, but we also want you to be comfortable in whatever you choose to wear.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be a full open bar including liquor, wine, and beer. The venue has strict rules about bringing outside alcohol to the event, so please refrain because we have you covered. Also as reminder, alcohol will have a greater effect on any out-of-town guests due to the altitude.

What's the weather like in June in Colorado?
Answer
Be prepared for anything! Rain? Shine? Hail? Snow in June? Anything is possible, so please check ahead of time and be prepared.

Where will the Ceremony take place?
Answer
Assuming the weather cooperates, the ceremony will take place in the Evergreen Terrace to the right of the parking lot. Signage will point you in the right direction. Please note this is an outdoor, shaded location.

Is there onsite parking?
Answer
Yes! Parking is available but car pooling is encouraged. Overnight parking is prohibited, so highly recommend arranging a designated drive or uber for the drive home.

When is the last date to RSVP?
Answer
We highly encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible; however, the last day we can accept RSVPs is May 1st, 2024.
