The Hotel at Kirkwood Center is less than 10 minutes away from the Cedar Rapids airport and our venue, and it is the location of our Welcome Party! There are complimentary shuttles available for airport pick-up/drop-off and transportation to and from our ceremony and reception. Staying here will make your weekend logistically worry-free! Estimated nightly rates are around $130.

Once you have booked your flight and your room at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, call them to share your flight information. Their complimentary shuttle will pick you up at the airport and drop you off on your way home! This service is available all weekend.

A shuttle will take off at 4:45 and 5:10 from The Hotel at Kirkwood Center to our Ceremony at Cedar Ridge Winery. A shuttle will be running every hour on the hour from 9:00 - 11:00 from Cedar Ridge Winery to The Hotel at Kirkwood Center.

All of our events are within 7 minutes of the Comfort Inn & Suites, however there will be no shuttles available. Estimated nightly rates are around $100.

All of our events are within 7 minutes of the AmericInn, however there will be no shuttles available. Estimated nightly rates are around $70.

Rental Car

See if we can get a discount through one or more companies. Cars from any of these companies can be picked up directly from the airport without need of taking a shuttle. Rental cars are not necessary, unless you plan on driving in to Iowa City. All of the wedding events are close to the airport. Shuttles, Lyft, and Uber are available.
