If you have any questions that cannot be answered from our website, please reach out to our wedding planner/Maid of Honor, Lucie. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:00-5:30, and please be seated before 5:30, when the ceremony will begin.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 11th. You can RSVP on our website using the RSVP tab at the top of the page. Please note that we have multiple events and remember to RSVP to each event individually.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a registry, however we are encouraging donations to the Thomas Wichmann Memorial Fund for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. We have included a link on our website under the Donations Registry tab at the top of the page.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the August 15th Welcome Party, we recommend casual or garden party attire. For the Wedding Ceremony and Reception, we recommend formal or evening attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, because it is the location of our Welcome Party and they have convenient Shuttle Services to and from the airport and our Ceremony and Reception. We have reserved room blocks here. When booking, mention the Hottel-Patino wedding to get our discount. For more details, please see the 'Travel | Lodging | Transportation' section of our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Cedar Ridge is out in the countryside, so there is plenty of space.

Is there transportation to and from the *hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There is a complimentary Shuttle Service to and from The Hotel at Kirkwood Center. For details about departure times, please see the 'Travel | Lodging | Transportation' section of our website. *If you are staying in a hotel other than The Hotel at Kirkwood Center, there is no Shuttle Service.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We anticipate that the wedding day itself will be a blur! In order to be sure we can spend quality time with all of our guests, we are having a Welcome Party on August 15 from 7:00-9:00 at The Hotel at Kirkwood Center. For more information please see the 'Schedule' section of our website, and please do not forget to RSVP to this event separately in the 'RSVP' section of the website.
