Question
Where should I leave my car on Saturday?
Answer
You have options! A shuttle bus will take guests from your hotels to the ceremony (Cranberry Lake), and then back to the reception venue (Buxton's). We plan to have a 10-passenger van doing laps between the reception hall and Majestic Inn and Anacortes Inn/Marina Inn between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Option 1: Leave the car at your hotel. Take our shuttle bus from one of the hotel pick-up spots to the wedding ceremony, take our shuttle bus to the reception, and then catch a ride home in the 10-passenger van. Or, if you stay past 11 PM, walk home (Colton and Elisabeth will be walking home :)). Option 2: Bring your car to Buxton's (the reception venue) and street park it on the streets around Buxton's. There is tons of free street parking. Catch the shuttle from Buxton's to the ceremony and the back to Buxton's. Either drive yourself back to your hotel, or leave the car overnight and get it in the morning. Option 3: Drive yourself to the ceremony (Cranberry Lake) and then to the reception (Buxton's) and then drive yourself home, or leave the car parked near Buxton's overnight. If you choose this option, you will need to a $10 parking fee to park at Cranberry Lake.

Are we taking a ferry to the wedding ceremony?
Answer
The ferry ride is a round-trip ride on Friday! We will ride the ferry out to San Juan island, spend the day exploring the island, have the welcome party on San Juan Island, and then ride the ferry back to Anacortes on Friday evening.

How do I get home Saturday night?
Answer
You can: - Leave your car at Buxton's (the reception hall) and catch our shuttle bus to and from the ceremony, and then drive yourself home from the reception. - We will have a 10-passenger van doing laps between the reception hall and Majestic Inn and Anacortes Inn/Marina Inn between 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM. You can catch a ride on that shuttle. - Try for a taxi, but we have not used this taxi company and don't know if they are reliable: https://mertsanacortestaxi.com/ - Walk home. Both Majestic Inn and Anacortes Inn are less than a mile walk from the reception hall on a straight, well-lit road with sidewalks. Colton and Elisabeth plan to walk home haha.
