Since there are limited hotels in the area during the off-season, we recommend checking out Airbnb (airbnb.com) or VRBO (vrbo.com) rentals anywhere in the Stone Harbor area. This would include rentals in Avalon, Cape May Court House, and North Wildwood. Please note that you will have to arrange for your own transportation to and from the wedding. Also note that Uber and Lyft should not be counted on for transportation as they are usually unavailable during the off season.
