Stephen and Elasa met online in March of 2024. Stephen at the prompting of his friend, Kevin, signed up for a Christian dating app because he met his wife there. Elasa's first memories of Stephens texts are that he was polite & funny. Stephen claims Elasa didnt text him back for days, so he waited in anticipation and wondering if there was interest. He later learned that not being good with phones is a Ludvigsen trait (Elasa is working on this). Stephen, wondering if Elasa was interested, politely continued the conversation. Elasa, impatient- was eager to meet Stephen, so one afternoon, she used her dog Charlie to lure him in for a walk. Elasa knew Stephen was an avid dog lover. It worked! Since then, Elasa and Stephen have enjoyed learning about each other's faith in God, sharing laughter, and supporting each other through life's ups and downs.
