Mcgregor is a prominent landmark in our story. It holds the memories of a new chapter in our lives: Lisa living in a small green cottage at the outskirts of the village, embarking on her first teaching job at the local community school and Ed, dedicated to finish his last year of studies, frequently made the journey over the mountains to Mcgregor with the 206 Peugeot. Mcgregor, providing a fertile ground for re-connection, community, solitude, nature and new dreams to emerge.  

Our journey together continued in Durban, but McGregor remained close to our hearts. It was here that Lisa's family nurtured the seed that eventually grew into The Old School. For more about its story, visit The Old School.
