The Bambino Plus doesn't compromise on the four key elements of café quality coffee: dose, temperature, pressure, and steam pressure. Our 54mm porta-filter with 19 grams dose is key one to achieving a consistent and balanced full flavor Espresso. Key two is our electronic PID temperature control that delivers water at precisely the right temperature ensuring optimal espresso extraction. Key three is our low-pressure pre-infusion followed by 9 bars of extraction which applies low water pressure at the start to gently expand grinds then gradually increases pressure for an even extraction and a balanced tasting cup. The final key is our automatic steam wand that produces sufficient pressure to create perfect micro-foam essential for creating latte art. Explore this legendary natural phenomenon during the Bioluminescent Kayak Adventure from San Juan. The water lights up thanks to simple movements of your hand or paddle, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that’s not to be missed! 
Once you arrive at the Friday Harbor meeting location a 15-passenger van will transport you and your group to the launch site. Your kayaking adventure begins at sunset, you will paddle during the new moon for the best conditions to see the bioluminescence. Kayak among harbor seals and roosting birds as you wait for the light show to begin. The waters are most serene and vacant of other boat traffic at night but reactivated by fish and jellies in bioluminescence. 
Paddle through the bioluminescent micro flora and fauna, as the water beneath you glows and sparkles. A great adventure for paddlers of all levels to witness nature's incredible light show!
